Paulo Ribeiro has forged himself an inimitable style, grammar and vocabulary over the last ten years, by choreographing for many companies.

This program around his work will present a total dance, a dance produced on the subjects of both the dream and muscles.

Pleasure and pain of the flesh, elevation and humour, irony and banality... White Feeling, a light-hearted dance, given rhythm by the melodious accordion music of Danças Ocultas and set off by the beautiful lighting which sculpts the bodies. Dance in its pure state! After White Feeling, a piece for eleven men, he revives Organic Beat where the dancers’ bodies unite to the point where they become one.

Born in Lisbon, Paulo Ribeiro worked as a dancer in several companies in Belgium and France before being recognised as a choreographer. His choreography career extends internationally with, since 1991, creations for the Nederlands Dans Theater II and III, the Geneva Ballet, the Ballet Gulbenkian... In 1995, he founded the Company Paulo Ribeiro.
